Add Stash to the Application Type drop-down list

The application list on http://$cwd_server/crowd/console/secure/application/addapplicationdetails.action lists

• Jira
• Confluence
• Bamboo
• Crucible
• Fisheye
• Generic Application

Stash is not among the list of applications to choose. There is a wiki page for Crowd/Stash integration (detailed in the description of STASH-2547), but the page does not specify which application type to use.

The component list for the Crowd project does not even list Stash, so I had to use the generic "Integration/Connectors" component as opposed to one with the specific Atlassian Product (such as "Integration - Stash") when opening this ticket.
