Remove libraries for Seraph 2.1

      Crowd builds with support for Seraph 2.1, 2.2 and 2.5. All current Atlassian applications are using 2.5: no future application will be using 2.1 or 2.2.

      Remove the legacy versions; applications using them will continue to be supported through older supported releases of Crowd.

            Seraph 2.2 is still used by Confluence 3.4. Leave this in the distribution until EOL.
