Allow username field to be entered automatically based on an OpenID URL

      When you attempt to login to an OpenID web app using your OpenID URL such as http://localhost:8095/openidserver/users/<USERNAME>, the page will then redirect you to your OpenIDServer, which will request for your OpenID username and password. Considering that the username is already provided in the OpenID URL, it would be nice if the username field would have been entered automatically (by fetching the value from the URL).
