APXENDEX's VPS does not have PHP SOAP installed

Receiving a SOAP server error, "'SOAP extension is not loaded" PHP info returns no section for SOAP indicating that its not installed. Possible solutions to this are installtion through YUM or configure PHP with --enable-soap

The error we receive is:
