Our documentation on integrating crowd with Apache on Windows stipulates that we support only activeperl 5.8 and 5.10. Now that activestate provide only free version of 5.12 while the archive downloads are only available with commercial license. It will be nice if we can provide support for the free community license to allow our users the opportunity to integrate with Apache. This is a blocker for most users at the moment.
