Problem

Currently, Crowd doesn't have APIs that provide the Directory Type or Encryption for the Remote Crowd Directory.

This way, the encryption value for the Remote Crowd Dir will always be "null" and any encryption comparison will return false.

So, currently, the Import feature does not work for remote directories.

Workaround

There is a way of exporting the current users from the database into a csv from another directory, and then importing the users with this procedure here:
