Steps to reproduce

1. Click Application => Add Application on the side
2. Enter an application type, name, and password (anything!)
3. Click Next (should be at the "Connection" tab after this)
4. Enter a valid URL
5. Enter a remote IP address with an IPv6 scope. E.g. "::1%2"
6. Click Next

Expected result
Should have successfully proceeded to next step.

Actual result
Error message with: "You must enter a remote IP address"

If you enter a remote IP address without the scope, e.g. "::1", then it will succeed.
