      It will be handy if we allow Crowd to allow group membership to be recognized in the second (or subsequent) directory in the event of a shadowed user.

      Use case:

      An admin created two LDAP directories from two DNs in an AD server where user Bob exists. Bob belongs to different groups in each DN. If we make Crowd smart enough to recognize this and include the membership from both DNs this will make LDAP administration easier.
