Large LDAP instances are directed to use Delegated LDAP for authentications. The LDAP group and memberships are not migrated over on authentication. Only local group is permitted.
This improvement request is for the LDAP group and memberships to be migrated on Authentication, so these can be used in Confluence/JIRA.
