We use the soap method resetPrincipalCredential to send an email to the user when a new password is requested.

The email template is the following one:

      Hello $firstname $lastname,

Your password has been (re)set by a $deploymenttitle administrator at $date on CITnet Accetpance.

      Your userid is: $username
You can reset it at $resetlink

      $deploymenttitle Administrator

The $resetlink substitution works via the crowd console and not via the webservice.

As you can see within the email received, all the variables are substituted except resetlink:

      Hello Pierre Paul,

Your password has been (re)set by a CITnet Crowd - ACC administrator at Wed May 18 11:09:46 CEST 2011 on CITnet Accetpance.

      Your userid is: empaulpie
You can reset it at $resetlink

      CITnet Crowd - ACC Administrator
