Allow Admin to flush LDAP DB Cache for a Directory

      Currently, every time the synchronization goes wrong, the flush needs to be done manually, directly in the database.

      Since the sync can go wrong for many different reasons, a Flush feature is essential for quick troubleshooting of caching issues.
