Allow Crowd's LDAP DB cache to have an attribute equivalent to USNChanged

      This way, when Confluence or JIRA integrated to Crowd requests data updates, only new or updated data can be sent by Crowd to the Apps local caches.

      Currently, the Apps need to make a full comparison of flush to ensure that their caches are up to date with Crowd.
