Atlassian Importer should log error on "Could not load database connection"

When the database configuration for the importer is wrong, the UI shows an error: "Could not load database connection". There's no more detail about whether the driver or the URL is wrong and the underlying error isn't recorded in the logs.

The underlying exception should be logged.
