'Lower Case Output' needs to be selected by default when integrating with JIRA.
- JIRA expects users names to be created in lower cases.
- It does not allow mixed or upper case username to be created from UI.
- It may causes obscure behaviour of the application as JIRA is developed to support only lower cases.
for eg. If a case sensitive db locale is used JIRA, a user may finish with two 'identical' usernames, when restoring backup to case insensitive db locale.
