Export fails if the user doesn't contain a password

      You get the following error if the user being exported doesn't have a password:

      java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.atlassian.crowd.migration.UserMapper.addUserToXml(UserMapper.java:87)
	at com.atlassian.crowd.migration.UserMapper.exportXml(UserMapper.java:71)
