Crowd email validation regex does not accept addresses with a capital letter before the @ symbol

      Crowd will not accept an email such as 'TEST@example.com' as valid, although it will accept 'TESt@example.com'.

      From my quick reading of RFC2822 (particularly sections 3.2.4 and 3.4.1) it seems this should be allowed.
