"User Name RDN Attribute" is set to "null" for some directories

      For the following directories the "User Name RDN Attribute" is set to "null" by default. This should be empty string (to match embedded crowd) and the field should not be marked as required.

      • Apple Open Directory (Read-Only)
      • FedoraDS (Read-Only Posix Schema)
      • OpenLDAP (Read-Only Posix Schema)
      • Generic Posix/RFC2307 Directory (Read-Only)
