Error when clicking Cancel on the "Permissions" tab when adding/updating an application.

• Add an application in Crowd.
• Add a directory to the application
• Go to the Permissions tab
• Click Cancel

Expected: Reload the Permissions tab with the state prior to any edits

Actual: There is no Action mapped for namespace /console/secure/application and action name view (see attachment for full stack trace)
