    Description

      Specially for large LDAP setups, Crowd will not be functional right after a restart if the LDAP data was not yet synched with the database. This will keep the integrated applications unavailable for a long time, waiting the sync to finish.

      To avoid panic and the impression that the integration is not working, it would be great to have a Crowd site-wide banner informing that the sync is not finished and that the LDAP and Apps integrations cannot be tested yet.

      Since this is a background operation that impacts all the system functionality, it deserves better communication for the the Admin.
