Create a seperate Spring proxy for the SecurityServer so we can intercept the calls and wrap a HibernateInterceptor around them.

      Currently we are using the main txReadWrite proxy for this interception, even though this works fine, from a sanity point of view we should probably pull this out since it is not need for anything else but the SOAP service.

      The webwork actions have their own filter for managing the Hibernate session .
