Might be nice if Atlassian considered enhancing Crowd's concept of a user (assuming that is what is responsible for the default user schema via embedded Crowd in Confluence 3.5+ and other Atlassian apps? It might just be a wrapper, but still...) or enhance Confluence such that via API a plugin could register certain things as being something that might be appropriate to display publicly/privately on the user's profile page, such as a score (gamification of wiki contributions) based on ratings of content they authored, provide badges for number of pages created or use of macros, etc.
I know the "badges" and "gamification" thing is not new and this has probably been considered before, and the profile area in any Atlassian app is not well traversed by many, but this request for employee recognition is probably particularly popular these days (as an alternative/addition to financial compensation), so it might help draw more people to Atlassian's apps?
(See related request in Confluence forum here.)
