Add warning in Crowd documentation for removing user

      Since removing a user after the user has created a content in Confluence is not supported (in Confluence).

      I think it's worth to create a warning in Crowd's documentation for such operation for Confluence: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD/Deleting+or+Deactivating+a+User
