Currently, Crowd will re-calculate the license every 2 hours (scheduled) or if the recalculate link is clicked.

If the admin enters a license that has a limit lower than the current number of users, Crowd will not let the admin know (error message or email), until the next scheduled count is run.

A license update should trigger a recalculation to inform the Admin if it is valid or nor (its limit is higher or the same as the current number of users).
