My license limits me to 50 active user. Nonetheless, I was able to add to add a 51 user.

When my session expired I was unable to login to console to deactivate a user as I was constantly redirected to the license upgrade screen.

In case of license issue, it should be possible to deactivate users as otherwise we are unable to deactivate a user to be able to use atlassian product (like JIRA).

As a workaround, I had to login to mysql, update a user row to unactive and add also to update the system properties table to set the number of active user to the right number.
