Crowd client libraries should replace the context class loader when using X-Fire as X-Fire relied on the context class loader to dynamically load classes.

This causes problems when used from a plugins 2.0 context the context class loader could be set to an OSGi loader instead of the loader that loaded the X-Fire classes.
