I now have 4 or 5 logins to Atlassian websites. I've lost track. It's crazy.

      There's jira.atlassian.com for reporting bugs.
      There's forums.atlassian.com for forums.
      There's confluence.atlassian.com for the documentation/wiki.
      There's my.atlassian.com for managing licenses/support entitlement numbers.

Each one has its own username/password database. I can't remember my username/passwords because I forget which one I've used on which website. I'm trying to go back now and set the passwords so they are all the same.

Could you PLEASE use Crowd to manage this, so we can just log in once?

I hope the irony of this situation does not escape you.

I'm Irish... so I still expect North to be above and cold. I'll learn one day

ok, thanks for acknowledging the situation.

(interesting, that "north" also means above in Australia...

            To add some context:

Currently, our main website has north of 300,000 accounts. If we connected jira.atlassian.com and support.atlassian.com to it, the JIRA instances would collapse. We need to fix JIRA's ability to handle large numbers of users before we can tie all the systems together.

Then, of course, there's the minor issue of merging all the accounts. Fortunately, that's Glenn's problem; not mine

            Cheers,
            Dave.

We are very much aware of the irony. The Atlassian IT team is beginning a project this calendar year to resolve this situation.
