Importing users in crowd fails if JIRA database used is SQL Server

      Steps:
      1. Setup JIRA connected to SQL server as per instruction in docs.
      2. Now user wants to setup crowd with JIRA.
      3. Setup crowd and try to import users of JIRA in crowd.
      4. Go to Import users and enter all details of database and drivers.

      Result:
      1. It fail with stack trace.

      Expected:
      1. User names should get imported in crowd.
