Currently, the Crowd installation process requires you to enter a database username and password. This prevents SQL Server users from using IWA (NTLM / Kerberos) to connect to the server, in violation of best practices on the Windows platform.
We should make username and password optional for SQL Server (or for all DBs?). Also need to make sure that Crowd continues to operate properly without a DB username & password.
