If external user management is "OFF" in the JIRA control panel, and you have a group "Crowd-Administrators" and you delete it. Crowd's group gets deleted as well and you can no long access Crowd.

This is what I used to verify if I have any group can manage crowd and ran 1 sql to insert data, anyway it would be still nice to update your document on how to fix such 'mistake'...

crowd-administrators to the app_dir_group_mapping table again for others
that made the same mistake (or similar)"
