[CWD-1656] Google Apps Integration shows stack-trace when an App is accessed (ie. mail.company_domain.com)

Patch attached. Steps to apply it:

1-) Shutdown Crowd

2-) Remove the files located in the following Directories:

• /apache-tomcat/work/
• /Crowd-Home-Directory/cache/
• /Crowd-Home-Directory/bundled-plugins/

3-) Move your current /atlassian-crowd-2.0.0/crowd-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip file to a path outside Crowd's folder

4-) Download the atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip file attached to this ticket to your /atlassian-crowd-2.0.0/crowd-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/ folder.

5-) Run Crowd.

Issue fixed and tests added to make sure we test the endpoint. These were previously removed due to issues with JDK 1.5 + 1.6 and XML security.

2-) Try to access an Application: mail.company_domain.com
