Application alias information should be shown in three places:

• When it matches a search term in the user browser. See CWD-1467 for extra work here.
• On the details of a user.
• On a user's profile page.

Wrinkles:

• What happens where there are large numbers of aliases? What if user X has 100+ application aliases? What if they're all the same (ie, there's only jsmith and jon, but jon is for 100 apps)? What if they're all different?
