Some users may not have enabled SSO before releasing into a production environment. This can cause a panic if they suddenly discover accessing the Crowd Console via http://localhost no longer works. When they attempt to login, and the page simply redirects again to the login page again without any errors and warnings on the login page. Another usage scenario is that they misconfigure the SSO Domain value and suddenly can't log back in to fix it.
