The PS Team & Scott have asked us to update the evaluation-expiry message and link in each of our products asap.

Requirements:
1. Replace current message (or add if there isn't one) with the text "Your evaluation license for <Product Name> has expired. Here's the
information you need to continue using <Product Name>."
2. The "information you need" link needs to go to this recently updated page on WAC:
