When importing Users, Groups and Memberships from AD via the Directory Importer.

The current implementation only returns direct relationships for Users using the memberOf attribute (if importing from AD).

We may need to look at reversing the import to import from groups and their members, so we can return a flattened view of the groups for import.

[CWD-1334] Support Nested Groups when importing User, Groups and Memberships into a Delegated Directory.

We should be able to sort this out for the 2.0 release, as the DB will support nested groups.

            Documentation updates:

I have removed "Use Case: Importing from LDAP into a Delegated Authentication Directory" from this documentation page:
            http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD/Nested+Groups+in+Crowd

When we do support this functionality, we should restore the use case, from v.36 of the above page.

Also, the Gliffy diagram should remain attached to the page. But in case someone deletes it, I have saved the Gliffy text file to the docs share drive at:
            \\filehost\docfiles\Images\Crowd Docs\Crowd 1.5\CrowdImportingNestedGroupsGliffyText

I have also added a note to the docs, mentioning that the import does not support nested groups.
