toLower when importing mixedCase usernames from LDAP into a Crowd internal directory.

    Description

      When importing users from LDAP directory that contains mixed case usernames, users receive the following error:

      2008-10-27 13:18:04,797 http-8095-3 ERROR [integration.directory.internal.InternalDirectory] Cannot add invalid principal mixedCase
com.atlassian.crowd.integration.exception.InvalidPrincipalException: Invalid principal username: mixedCase. Username must be lower case.

      We need to toLower those values for import into a delegated directory.
