Provide better license count information in Admin UI

In order to provide more information during application/directory configuration to ensure admins do not exceed their license count, I would like to add the following:

1. A member count on the Groups UI.
2. Number of users on the Application UI. This might be a bit tricky since a user is only counted once against a license even though they have multiple application access.
