Crowd profiling label always displays 'off' after logging levels are updated

      To reproduce:
      -Log into Crowd
      -Go to administration -> logging & profiling
      -Turn profiling on by clicking button
      -Message should read ' Profiling is currently ON'
      -Click Update Logging button (you don't actually need to change any of the logging levels)
      -Profiling message should now say ' Profiling is currently OFF'
      -Click the link for logging & profiling, page should reload and profiling message goes back to ' Profiling is currently ON'
