Internally, we have a domain we use and externally we have a domain we use.

IE: *.company.com and *.internal.local

We would like to be able to use crowd SSO for both (knowing that we'll have to login to both of the sets once each).

Right now, we have SSO only enabled on the external domains and have to re-login to all the internal ones.
