Removing a group from an LDAP server from a client application (eg Confluence, JIRA) does not work

      User symptoms:

      The group is not removed, and an error is written to the log with text:

	com.atlassian.crowd.integration.exception.ObjectNotFoundException: Failed to find object: class com.atlassian.crowd.model.directory.Directory with id: 0

      Underlying Cause:

      The directoryID is not being set when a RemoteGroup is created by subclasses of SpringLDAPConnector .
