Provide the ability for applications to save arbitrary attributes against users, to any type of directory.
Applications should also be able to share attributes. So, for example, if JIRA saves an attribute that represents a picture, Confluence, Bamboo, and custom applications should also be able to access this information about the user.
Particularly for LDAP directories, we may need to provide a method for administrators to define a Crowd attribute -> LDAP schema attribute mapping.
