Currently, single Customer Service space can be linked to single customer experience.
It would be better if multiple customer experience can be created for single customer service space, without the need for an orphan space to be created.
Mitigation
Whilst each customer experience today needs to be linked to a primary customer service space, it is possible to have tickets created in any customer service space from a given customer experience. In order to do so:
- When creating forms within a given customer experience, assign which space the given form should route to - this can be the primary linked CS space, or any other
