Issue Summary
Forms on the support site displaying radio buttons as drop down when submitting requests
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Radio buttons field to the form in Customer Experience > Forms
- Browse to the Support Site > Contact Us as a customer and view the form for requests.
Expected Results
- Add a Radio buttons field to the form in Customer Experience > Forms
- Browse to the Support Site > Contact Us as a customer and view the form for requests. It will display a radio button list.
Actual Results
A drop-down list is displayed instead of radio buttons
