Issue Summary
The AI agent used for the chat widget search (Customer Service Management) on the support website may respond in English even when the site's default language and the user's set preference language are set to a language other than.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Customer experience > Channels > Support website > set Chat widget: ON
- Go to Support website > Open chat > Input about > General config, and change the default language to one other than English
- Go to profile > edit and change your Accont preferences language to a language other than English (same one set in the general config)
- Open the Support website and Open Chat
type a question in the same language your site is set to use
Expected Results
The AI agent will reply in your site's default language, which is not English (it is the same language you asked your question in and the same language your user profile is set to)
Actual Results
The AI agent always replies in English.
