Issue Summary
When using the "Comment on work item" action in Automation in CSM, with the "Share with Customer" Comment Visibility, the comment will still be created with "Internal Only " visibility on the work item
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Automation for a CSM space
- Create a trigger (e.g. Work item transitioned)
- Create a "Comment on work item" action
- Set the Comment Visibility to "Share with Customer"
- Save the automation
- Trigger the automation
- View the work item and the comment added
Expected Results
The comment added to the work item should be shared with the customer
Actual Results
The comment is Internal Only
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
