      Issue Summary

When a Custom Domain is enabled for a CSM portal, customer accounts viewing Confluence-based knowledge base articles experience rendering failures.

Specifically, the Child Pages macro, Label macros, and PDF previews fail to load, even though they work correctly on the default .atlassian.net domain.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable a Custom Domain for a CSM (JSM) portal.
      2. Link a Confluence space as a knowledge base for the portal.
      3. Create a Confluence page containing a Child Pages macro, Labels macro, or an attached PDF.
      4. Log in to the CSM portal as a customer account (non-Atlassian account).
      5. Navigate to and open the article via the portal using the Custom Domain URL.

      Expected Results

The article should render all Confluence macros and PDF previews seamlessly within the portal view, regardless of the domain used.

      Actual Results

Macros (Child Pages, Labels) and PDF previews fail to display.

Instead of the expected content, the following error message is shown:

      Error loading the extension!

      Workaround

Access the CSM portal using the default [site-name].atlassian.net URL, or deactivate the Custom Domain to restore article functionality for customers.
