      Issue Summary

When a Confluence article containing the PDF confluence macros is used on a article that is published to the CSM Support Site, the embedded content fails to render for customer users. The PDF attachment is available for download to the customer, but the macro does not render.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Confluence, open an article in Edit mode
      2. Attache a PDF to the page
      3. Add a PDF macro using and configured it to use the attached PDF
      4. Publish the article so it is visible on the CSM customer portal
      5. Log out of the agent view and access the portal as a customer user
      6. Navigate to the published article and observe the rendering behaviour across browsers

      Expected Results

The macro renders the embedded Confluence page content correctly for the customer within the portal.

      Actual Results

The PDF macro fails to load the content.

Note: The agent view of the same article is unaffected — the issue occurs only in the customer-facing portal view.

      Workaround

As a temporary measure, the PDF attachment can be downloaded. Alternatively create the Confluence page without the PDF macro and the content added directly to the page.
