      Issue Summary

      UI issue identified in the Customer Service Management (CSM) Customer Portal when searching for a request using its exact Issue Key. Searching by Issue Key (e.g., "PROJECT-123") returns no results, while keyword-based search works as expected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the CSM Customer Portal.
      1. Use the search functionality on the portal.
      1. For Issue (Search by Issue Key): Enter an exact Issue Key (e.g., "PROJECT-123") in the search bar — observe that no results are returned despite the issue existing.

      Expected Results

      • Searching with the exact Issue Key should return the corresponding issue/request in the search results.

      Actual Results

      • Searching for an issue using its exact Issue Key in the portal does not return any results. Keyword-based search works as expected, but searching by Issue Key (e.g., "PROJECT-123") yields no results.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. Customers can use keyword-based search as a partial alternative, but this does not guarantee locating the exact request. A workaround will be added here when available.
