Problem Description
When a request is created and the customer belongs to an organisation, they should be able to share updates with other members of that organisation. This ensures that all relevant employees can track the progress of the request.
Suggested Resolution
Enable a “Share with Organisation” feature similar to what exists in JSM projects.
Why This Is Important
This functionality promotes better collaboration within the organisation and helps users stay informed about the status and progress of the ticket.
Workaround (if any)
Share with individual participants via the 'share' icon on the top right of the request view
