Issue Summary

As an author, if a patch file is added for a review, the author is unable to remove specific files from the review that was created via the patch file.
Checking the permission scheme shows that the author (or user) does indeed have permission to edit the review and make changes. However, they still receive an error message:

"You are not authorized to change review details including the set of revisions being reviewed."

Steps to Reproduce

This issue cannot be reproduced consistently, but has been observed in the following scenario:

• Create multiple reviews using the same patch file.
• As the author, attempt to remove some of the files from one of these reviews.

Expected Results

When the author has the Edit review permission, they should be able to remove files from the review successfully, including files that came from a patch file.

Actual Results

The author, who has permission to modify the review and remove files, receives the following error message when trying to remove files:

"You are not authorized to change review details including the set of revisions being reviewed."

No related errors appear in the logs.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
A workaround will be documented here when one becomes available.
