Unable to see review coverage overview in Crucible after upgrade to 4.9.0

      Issue Summary

      After upgrading Fisheye/Crucible to 4.9.0, Review coverage overview doesn't appear. Loading history 0% renders indefinitely.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upgrade Fisheye/Crucible from 4.8.x to 4.9.0
      2. Navigate to Repositories > Select a repository > Reports > Review Coverage
      3. Review Coverage overview section is empty and Loading history ..0% keeps rendering

      Expected Results

      Review coverage screen shows the graph

      Actual Results

      No review coverage information is seen

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
